This was not an easy task as it required a multi-channel approach, inclusive of Google Adwords Strategy, SEO and Email Marketing.

Once a customer registers their repair they are then emailed instantly, followed by 1 day later, 3 days later and 5 days later asking for them to send their watch in, with various options on the email for the customer.
