My client recently sold his 2 shops and decided to move his watch repair business online.

This was a clever and unique idea, and an idea which instantly captured my attention.

Their idea is simple, register your watch repair on the website, post your watch in and get an estimate within a few days. After which you can either repair your watch or it will be posted back to you, with a no obligation estimate provided.

We wrote and optimised engaging and long form content for the purposes of ranking these pages on Google. This consisted of images, videos, and infographics.

Deep keyword research at the beginning took a few weeks.

We looked at competitor domains and formed a strategy moving forward.

We planned and wrote brand specific content with the intention of targeting Rolexs, Hamiltons, Tissot, Brietling, Tag Heuers and many more brands.

This content strategy consisted of 2,000 words per page, with keywords inserted within the content.

Optimised H1 and H2s helped boost pages with internal links used to structure the website and pass the link juice around.

We reached our to bloggers, journalists and watch related websites to create natural backlinks.

After 8 months we saw great results (300 – 7,500 organic visits in 8 months)!
